5.0 star ratingEverything was excellent.. And i would love to stay there again in future..The balcony that was given to me was quite disappointing as i didn't expect it to happen. We get to see nothing at the balcony except the construction sites.mel13 February 2014
4.0 star ratingThe Staff were very keen and friendly without delving into my personal details. I really felt at home with them and although I may sound hypocritical from the foreword in my saying it did not feel superficial at all! Food and breakfasts were great and I am very surprised that few people were eating in the restaurant there considering that although food is cheaper our, presentation, ambience, hygiene and size of portions were nowhere near this. The bed had bedbugs but staff took my complaint seriously and were on it straight away.Sean Connery05 June 2014
4.0 star ratingThe hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. They responded to our request (eg: extra toiletries, cab booking and suggestions on where to go) in a timely manner. The staff never fail to greet us which I find really impressive. A 'value for money' place for a short stay in Batam.We went on a holiday and the place was quite crowded. Some neighbors of ours were spoke really loudly in the morning and they would interrupt our sleep :( Another thing that my partner and I had complaints was the ventilation in the breakfast area. We smelled like a walking bacon after our breakfast! Our advice, just go in your pyjamas and only shower after breakfast :D Aside from these, our stay was quite pleasant.
