1.5 star ratingThe hotel is not opened on the day, and the guard assisted us to contact the manager of the hotel upon request by the kind taxi driver. A similiar type of room as what we booked had been arranged for us. Should not allow booking, if the hotel room is not available on the days. Besides this, we had paid for airport transfer under the hoteopia website as well, nobody appeared in the airport, and not able to claim back the money we had paid. Anonymous 03 May 2017
