4.5 star ratingNice, fresh. Good rooms and excellent spa centre. Good kitchen. New hotel. Sometimes staff is not well aware about all the procedures, services etc. But is seems to be a temporary difficulty. The sea beach might have easier access to water for swimmers. 20 July 2009
3.5 star ratingThe Hotel was very clean, housekeeping staff, sports centre and spa staff very helpful. Starters; salads and pastries where excellent. Main courses where not just a disappointment at times downright inedible.The staff in both the Oregano and Citrano Restaurants where completely inept. It was poined out one night that the chicken kebabs where raw or under-cooked and nothing was done about it. For a five star hotel, restaurant staff where not trained in customer service and some did not know how to open a bottle of wine.29 June 2010
