4.0 star ratingThe outdoor pool area was nice. The attached restaurant to the hotel was delicious. The staff were very nice. I really liked that they had a complimentary instant coffee/espresso machine thing out in the lobby for the guests, along w/ ice water. I was travelling w/ my husband and 5 month old baby. The "crib" that this hotel provides is a Graco Playard. It wasn't overly comfortable for my daughter. I'm glad I brought my own that had an attached bassinet. When I had called to ask what kind of beds they had to offer for babies, I was told they have cribs. I was expecting a wooden crib with locking wheels or something. Maybe the staff can be informed to describe the provided "cribs" as play pen's. Not a huge issue, just one thing I wasn't overly thrilled about. I'm assuming most hotels use these for their baby guests. We also had an issue w/ our bed the first night. I guess they had just changed their mattresses and our was apparently missed as it felt like we were sleeping on an air mattress that wasn't blown up all the . My husband and I kept on rolling in to the centre. I wasn't about to go complain in the middle of the night to change rooms as my baby had JUST fallen asleep after an hour of screaming her head off. In the morning, I informed the front desk of this issue, and they quickly got us a new room, a much better (larger and nicer) room, plus they gave us complimentary breakfast and free parking for this inconvenience. So, they definitely fixed our problem accordingly.KB26 July 2013

5.0 star ratingHad a wonderful time as did my dog Macey. The staff was professional and kind, particularly the Amanda and they young guy in the morning who helped me find a great hike. The espresso machine was such a great perk...literally. I borrowed one of the bikes and had fun although next time I would bring my own mountain bike. I would stay there again and will and have recommended Summit to friends. Job well done : )There was some construction out front and I asked the afternoon front desk person if it would be possible to change rooms since I did not want to be woken up by construction noise, she said no. The following morning I brought it up to Amanda, she said she would see what she could do and changed my room almost immediately.Macey06 October 2013
