Hotel Information

The hotel is located on a famous boulevard, about 200 m from the beach and the main activities of the city of Casablanca. Ain Diab is also just 200 m away, while restaurants, bars and nightclubs are to be found in less than 400 m from the property. The residence comprises a total of 182 rooms, of which 12 are suites. In addition to a café and bar, the hotel also features a restaurant serving Moroccan and international dishes. The cosy rooms are equipped with all the necessary facilities to ensure calm and serenity for all types of travellers. Each comes with an en-suite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities and a balcony or terrace. There is a swimming pool with a snack bar to make use of in the outdoor complex, and a massage service is available for those who wish to relax.

3.5 star ratingDie Lage ist toll, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, der Blick auf das Meer ist atemberaubend. Das Personal ist herzlich und nicht aufmerksam genug, macht einen schläfrigen Eindruck. Der Parkplatzwächter ist ein nett, sehr kooperativ und kümmert sich um die Gäste.Die Sauberkeit und die Hygiene sind Problemfälle im Hotel: Die Putzfrauen treffen sich in einem Abstellraum und unterhalten sich stundenlang miteinander und stellen den Müllkontainer vor der Nase der Gäste oder vor ihren Zimmern, bis der Geruch unerträglich wird. Dafür ist aber der Abstellraum eigentlich für Müll vorgesehen...Diese Ignoranz hat mich geschokt, diesen Putzfrauen ist gar nich bewußt, dass sie mit ihr Verhalten der Reputation des Hotels einen Schaden zufügen. Das Hotel braucht dringend einige Dokos, ist sehr karg, dürftig dekoriert in den Fluren und in den geräumigen Zimmern...es fehlen wunderschöne Pflanzen und Bilder, die den Aufenthalt der Gäste dort versüßen sollen. Alles in allem braucht das Hotel m.E. ein guten Direktor /Manager aus dem Metier und mit geschulten Augen, dem solche Details auffallen. Diese scheinen viel Wert nur auf die Geschäfte in den Haus-Disko, wo Nuten und teure whisky-Flaschen Kasse machen...alles andere ist für sie marginal und so leidet der gesamte Tourismus insbesondere in Casa, bis selber in Casa geboren und weiß, was ich erzähle. Die Stadt hat Potenziel, wird aber nicht ausgeschöpft...09 October 2011
