3.0 star ratingVery prompt breakfast. Reasonable options of choice on the continental brek. Bed comfortable. Free wifi brill. Nice bathroom and good working facilities within room. Good air conConstant road noise from road - window insulation not good at all and road busy at all times of night. Difficult to sleep! Not able to open a window for fresh air Staff could be friendlier and more helpful re cooked breakfast options. 3.0 star ratingRoom was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Loads of hot water and clean towels. Night receptionist kamran was very helpful and knowledgeable. Room 219 which I was in was very small. It was classed as a double room As it had a double bed but was very small and space around bed very Tight. Asked for a change of room as it looked nothing like the photo but told No other rooms available. On plus side the manager did offer to refund my payment if I didn't want to Stay. 3.0 star ratingWell positioned hotel for Luton Centre. Good private parking. Great breakfastAsked for quiet non smoking room. Given front first floor room where smoker had been even though hotel professed to be non smoking. Room 113 freezing on arrival as no heating obviously all day and centrally 'conrolled' allegedly. After 3 requests sitting in room shivering as minus 2 deg C outside, fourth call and insistance of new room and one reluctantly found. Poor client service and a shame. 1.0 star ratingStaff too busy chatting to mates to answer my queries. I was told there was no tea or coffee available when I checked out. Draft in bedroom, no double glazing. Wheel on bed broken. Only one bedside table lamp with no bulb. When I asked for replacement, I was told there wasn't one available. Loads and loads of stains on carpet, both in the room and communial areas. 3.5 star ratingThe beds are so comfortable. I have stayed there many times and never had a bad sleep. They provide soaps and toiletries too. The breakfast is nice with plenty to eat.There are spotlights sunk into the ceilings in the communal ways. These flash and flicker quite badly over many floors and could be harmful to those who suffer with fits or epilepsy. These have been like this for a some time.
