Im Zimmer funktionierten mehrere technische Geräte nicht einwandfrei (Wasserkocher, Fernseher, Klimaanlage), die Bemühungen seitens des Hotels hielten sich in Grenzen. Das Hotel ist für diesen Preis NICHT empfehlenswert.BeeJay27 September 2010
4.0 star ratingNettes Personal und freundliches Personal.Kein Bademantel und keinenBadeschlappen im Zimmer. Bei 5 Sternen eigentlich zu erwarten. Sauna und Spa nicht inkl. Nur das Schwimmbad und Fitnessraum inkl. Wir wollten eine Informatioansbroschüre an der Anmeldung und es war keins Vorhanden auch im Nachgang kamm nichts. Für den Roomservice wurde eine extra Gebühr von 5.50€ verlangt.09 May 2011

4.5 star ratingGood staff and convenience transportation to the airport by shuttle. I made the reservation @hotelopia is EUR277.95, but the hotel charged me EUR327. I negotiated with the hotel, but in vain they informed what they got the information is EUR327. They could not help me, but informed me to contact Hotelppia. I sent two complanits to Hotelopia's customer service, but till now almost two weeks passed, I still get no response. Not a good experience. I consider Hotelopia is not responsible and will not make the reservation through Hotelopia anymore!!!!!Karen Wang12 March 2013

3.5 star ratingFood was good in the bar areaToilet didn't flush, they lost our reservation so had to wait an hour to check in and the staff were slightly not pleasant about this. The room I was given was near the lift so quite noisy atnight Anonymous 17 September 2016
