5.0 star ratingPrompt, courteous check-in. We were able to check-in early. The staff were all very courteous and willing to help with anything. Nice little kitchenette with cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and decent size refrigerator. Dishes, glasses, silverware, cookware and utensils were all clean. A/C was a little weak. The sitting area and kitchen area cooled off, but the bed doesn't seem to get much of the air. Set the thermostat a little cooler than normal for your liking. The only other negatives were the other guests who didn't seem to know how to dry off after getting out of the pool and coming through the lobby to the elevator. Not the hotel's fault, just poor guest manners.BillM08 August 2017
