3.5 star ratingThe Room was new and very comfortable and fully equipped. The big veranta was the perfection of the room. Huge swimming pool and clean which you can enjoy the sun. As for the price, it was very attractive and cheap compared with the facilities and the hotel. The staff was very unprofessional. The check in was at 14:00 but unfortunately the room was ready at 16:00, so we had to wait for 2 hours in the hot sun until it become ready. After they had ready the room and we took the keys for check in the room was a mess. The room had a very bad smell of cigarettes, the cupboard smell mould and the kitchen equipment were not clean. 19 August 2013

5.0 star ratingThis was our second time at The St Nicholas and as expected everything was faultless. We stayed in a lovely 2 bedroom apartment that was very spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed. There are 5 pools so kept my 4 children entertained all day, they especially liked the waterfall. We stayed half board and always found plenty to eat, there is also an on site mini market which was very reasonably price. Highly recommend. NothingRosemary11 September 2015
5.0 star ratingVery good resort. I was a little bit concerned after reading negative reviews in several websites but I did the right thing and booked a week in the resort. It was a great value for money (in April). It was not very busy as expected in April, but the outdoor pool was available, it is not heated but some people used it, we didn't. There is also a heated one inside but it is small. I have not eaten at the restaurant so I can not say anything about the food. The room (1 bedroom apt) was very spacious and modern with anything you might need, kettle, modern oven and hob, big fridge, microwave, tv, dvd. Very happy with our stay in saint Nicholas. I would suggest you rent a car if you book at st Nicholas unless you are going for an all inclusive and planning to spend most of the time in the resort. There is also a small mini market but I have not used it, I had a car and used to buy things from a lidl and a another big greek supermarket 5 minutes drive from the resort. The room was clean when we moved in and the cleaner came every other day.nothing much really, it was well above our expectations. George11 April 2017

3.5 star rating*Apartment was excellent size and value for money, complex also has jacuzzi and indoor pool. *Good size common pool & children's pool. *Not too far from Kato Paphos - the tourist area (about 6-7 minute drive). *Easy to find. *All A/C's included in the price (in Paphos it is very common to have only 1 A/C included in the price at these budget aparthotels/rooms, i.e. you can only use 1 A/C free of charge - every extra A/C used can be charged at EU5 per A/C - wasn't the case here). *Good size sofa bed & comfortable too.*No wifi in apartments *Towels were a bit off-white colour (rather than fresh clean/bleached white colour) - looked used! *Breakfast could have been a little more extensive (eg. although it was a cooked English breakfast, choice of eggs was limited to only fried eggs, beans were a bit runny, tinned juice and fruit), but then, you get what you pay for - it was good for the amount we paid! kaptain05 May 2016
