5.0 star ratingWe had a wonderful stay and the staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. Super room, very clean and well appointed. We can't wait to return! Lovely pool but too cold to swim in, sadly.Not really a negative but there were no English Breakfast or similar (Liptons etc) tea bags and the water in the lobby was usually only tepid and impossible to brew a good cup of tea - essential to us Brits! A trip to nearby Walmart soon sorted the tea bags, but water was more difficult. Another washing machine and drier would have been really helpful, too as only one meant a queue at times. Neither of these things spoiled our stay! Had a great time.Brits114512 June 2013
 Did not stay - had to cancel due to medical reasons - called hotel directly as well as Hotelopia to cancel. Having trouble getting refund from Hotelopia. Have sent 3 e-mails, all returned and tried to call but put on hold only to be dropped. Will think twice before booking with them again.19 August 2013
