Welcome to this beautiful villa located on the outskirts of Petra. It can accommodate 12 people. In the beautiful outside areas you will find a huge chlorine pool of 9 x 4 m with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 3 m, a lounger area with 11 sunbeds, a barbecue, two fully equipped porches, and one well furnished terrace with a magnificent view, located in the 1st floor. The house is a union of two houses which are connected by the terrace. It has a total of 350 m2 distributed over two floors. It counts with 4 bedrooms; two of them located on the ground floor (one with double bed and one with twin beds), and two on the 1st floor (one with double bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub, and one with a twin bunk). In addition to an en suite bathroom, there is one more bathroom with a bathtub.The living room is very spacious and well equipped, with two sofas, a coffee table, TV-Sat, wood stove and a dining area with a large table and chairs. It has a separated kitchen with gas stove and all the necessary cooking utensils. One cot and a highchair are available on request. The second house has 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor; two with a single bed each and one with a double bed. There is one bathroom with shower. In the living room you will find two comfotable sofas, TV-Sat, fireplace and a table with chairs. The independent kitchen with gas stove is fully equipped. The house offers an oil central heating. A washing machine, iron, ironing board are also available. The house is located just 3.4 km from Petra, where you will find everything you might need during your stay. Manacor, considered a small town, is just 10 km. Do not miss the visit to "Caves of Drach", located in Portocristo. It is a set of four caves connected to each other, which are formed by the action of the water inlet of the Mediterranean Sea. They housed a large underground lake called Lake Martel (Llac Martel), about 115 m long and 30 m wide. In the lake there are offered daily concerts of classical music.
