This complex is located right in the city centre, facing the national theatre building. It is surrounded by bars, restaurants, cafés, galleries and museums in the immediate area (50 m). Public transport is also very accessible and just some 20 m away. Owing to its coastal setting, the seafront (200 m) and the beach (1 km) are also within walking distance. It lies 28 km from Split Airport.This apartment property is divided into 4 fully-equipped rooms, tastefully decorated and ideal for travellers who want to stay right in the city centre.The tastefully appointed rooms come with a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer and offer a double bed. They are equipped with a satellite/cable TV, a mini fridge and individually regulated air conditioning.Sun loungers and parasols are available for use on the sandy beach.

3.5 star ratingThe hotel is very well positioned close to the city centre and was clean and tidy and the owners were very helpful. THis is not a hotel tho - it is situated in the front half of somebodys flat. And it is important to note that sobe means rooms in croatian so it is not the actual name of the hotel. It is very difficult to find as it is not clearly marked - we knew it was a pink building and then when we approached the apartment the owner looked somewhat confused as if we had knocked on his actual property rather than somewhere we were renting. We had violin practice from about 2pm until 9pm one day as they obvioulsy hadnt managed to book one of the rooms which was very annoying as unfortunately that day i was in bed not very well and found it most annoying. Several people came and went for their music lessons. Our room was also situated near the stairs which ment that every time anyone walked up and down the stairs (to the hostel, internet cafe and other residnets) we were woken up. 13 October 2008
