4.0 star rating we arrived at the hotel to be checked in quickly, professionally and with a smile.there were also freshly baked cookies and popcorn for us to take if we wanted( and the cookies were great)these were on offer most days. room was a good size with flat screen tv ,microwave, fridge, ironing board, iron and coffee maker.great sized bathroom with plenty of towels and toiletries.bathroom also has a hairdryer.house keeping came in every day and did a good job. theres a laundry room if you need it and the outdoor pool is heated. breakfast was very good and constantly being topped up. there was juice, tea,coffee, milk, yogurts,cereal,fruits,eggs,sausage,ham,toast,bagaels,waffles,pastries and muffins. there was no in room safe but you can get a safety deposit box at reception. there is a walmart about 3 mins drive away and some restaurants within walking distance.all in all a clean, spacious, friendly and comfortable hotel.sally2126 January 2014
 Reservation supposedly not received by hotel claiming the dates are wrong which means we were staying for a month even though our reservation said one night. Still awaiting response from Hotelopia as to refund three days later. I will not be booking anything again with Hotelopia as either they cannot make the appropriate booking correctly or they take too long to sort out your complaints and refund. If I could give a negative score for both the hotel in their lack of help and Hotelopia in their response then I would. Not a good experience.David Hope08 March 2014
