2.5 star ratingThe room was clean and well put together. The check-in process was fairly smooth and the amount and variety of breakfast items was better than expected.I saw a couple of roaches; one in the lobby bathroom and one in the pantry. There was construction both on the entry floor and on the floor I stayed on that was a letdown in terms of the overall presentation of the place. It also seems likely that the pests were let in by the construction work or rode in on some of their equipment. Also, the two staff women were not very friendly. They were professional enough, but rarely made eye contact, smiled, or said much more than absolutely necessary to get me checked in or answer one question I had about breakfast. I generally prefer short and to the point conversations, but I expect more from service people.Ken04 December 2012
