4.0 star ratingVery good location in city centre. Room was good but don't expect sea views (or any views at all). Excellent access to public transport to beaches, etc. Friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was included in our deal and was excellent. Be careful leaving coins on dressing table. Maid will take them as a tip regardless of how much or how little you leave there. 5.0 star ratingExcellent service throughout our stay from all the staff who were always polite and very informative. Lovely large room and bathroom, spotlessly clean with everything you needed. This was our start for a tour of Spain and it set us off in a very happy mood which made all the difference. Great location in the city within walking distance of many shops, bars/restaurants and lovely tapas bars. We loved Santander and the Silken Coliseum and will definitely return again soon.yorkshiresquiggs13 June 2013
