3.0 star ratingNice clean room. Huge bathroom. Very polite ladies at the bar.Tomatoes at breakfast smelled rotten, things were running out and the buffet looked crowded and unorganized. The waitresses at breakfast were wearing dirty uniforms. I get the fact that they work with food but I work in a hotel too and our team never looks like that. On the arrival I asked for parking. The young guy at reception said 'sure,ok' and gave us the instructions on how to go to their underground parking. He never mentioned cost or any other procedure. At checkout we found out that we were charged 9 euro per night for the parking. The very polite (but with very bad English) female receptionist said she cannot cancel the charge. The price was not too much so I decided to pay and ask to see a supervisor just to log my complains. I was told that there is no supervisor available (!?!). Decided not to make a scene and left my business card asking for someone to contact me. I wanted to keep it small and just talk to someone, but I guess I need to make a big fuss for someone to get interested.Anna Maria Br05 October 2013
