4.0 star rating	Nice size apartments, full kitchen with everything you could possibly need,large fridge freezer was great as we stayed for 15 nights so we could stock up with all our goodies without having to make constant trips to the supermarket which was only next door anyway.Washer dryer made life easy as well.Balcony overlooking a lake provided a nice view and balconies have netting all around to stop the bugs getting in.In a nice quiet area with parking outside your own door or near your own door.Only a short drive to lovely beach area.Most things are available within a short drive.I would stay here again if I was in the Bradenton area. 5.0 star rating	The site is clean and well maintained. The condos are well equipped and spacious. Location is great you can walk to restaurants and shops. There's three large supermarkets close by, Publix, Aldi and Walmart. Nice pool and decking area, tennis courts and clubhouse. Plenty of comfortable loungers for chilling. Lovely lakes on the site which is nice to look at. All condos have a balcony or lanai. Ours had three TVs. and wifi. Plenty of towels, two bathrooms, washer and drier. Large fridge, cooker, dishwasher breakfast table plus a dining table. It also had beach chairs and two parasols.	The double bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable and noisy when you moved, which woke you during the night, and there was only one pillow per person which were very flat and gave no support. It would be really nice if there was entertainment at the clubhouse and a bar with food or snacks but at present there's nothing. There's no wifi at the pool or clubhouse area either. Water pressure in the en-suite shower is poor. No hairdryer provided.	Lisa and girls	12 August 2017
4.5 star rating	It was really great here it is lovely location great for all amenities (and so close to main road direct to AnnaMaria/beaches etc), great customer service nothing was a problem and staff very very helpful. The condo was very large and beds very comfortable, bedding clean and plenty of towels for our stay. Kitchen pretty well equipped. Fab air conditioning and lovely view of lake area we saw turtles every day !! Only negative thing I would mention is that parts of the condo were a little tired and old and certain drawers and cupboards in the kitchen were a little dirty and maybe had not been cleaned properly. I did mention this in writing on the review handed into reception. This would not stop me staying here again and we will probably return. It would have been nice not too have the netting ie screening around the balcony but a guess that maybe is the way they are built in Florida. The grounds are kept well, neat and tidy and the pool area lovely and clean.	Some of the cupboards in kitchen area not clean at all. Would have preferred no screen around the balcony.
