4.0 star ratingA very comfortable, clean room. Very good value.On arrival we were asked for an additional £25 deposit (refundable) which was not expected. When we checked out the receptionist asked for payment of the room, questioning whether we had paid online even though we showed her confirmation paperwork. She then wanted to telephone booking agent for confirmation of payment, causing delay. She was unable to get a reply and asked us for further contact details. It was an uncomfortable situation.18 September 2013
