3.5 star ratingThe clerks were helpful. Also if a mistake was made on their end, they took responsibilty, and accommodated me accordingly. Rooms were clean. Nice beds. Parking was ok. Nice pool area. Good breakfast. Our bathroom had no fan. Someone was supposed to check it out, but he never showed up. The bar was overpriced. There was a very limited selection of hair products at the pantry. No hair gel. Inadequate number of elevators, they took too long. I was disappointed in the view, and there was no balcony. I thought it was a 4 star hotel, but it was more like a 3 star to me. I was unaware that they put a $50 hold on your card, which causes an inconvenience when you travel Ourslander 08 August 2012
