5.0 star ratingI think this is the best hotel in Kota Kinabalu. Not centrally located, but there is a free shuttle bus to the city centre. The hotel has a nice own beach and good but pricy restaurants. The breakfast is great! The restaurants are expensive, but excellent.25 February 2009

2.5 star ratingGood location and facilities; lovely colonial decor esp. in the lobby.Due to the fact the hotel was full over the Christmas period and many people were checking in and out, our check in was a disaster - had to wait over an hour for an available room and when we finally got one, it was occupied. Excellent facilities to cater for all types of visitors - couples, friends, families etc. Helpful staff, great food and an excellent location with a small beach close to airport, KK etc. Nothing was too much trouble and we loved our room overlooking the sea. The resort is big, but spread out enough that you don't feel as though you are sharing the place with hundreds of other people. Would definitely return.18 October 2012
