2.0 star ratingThe only positive is the Front Desk Staff, "Mr. Iamtakin" (don't know correct spelling) - and the bellboy (wore glasses) very very helpful and helped change our room (3) times to accommodate us - since the initial rooms had broken air conditioners, poor condition of bathrooms etc. Also their inside pool was damaged and the initial hotel front desk staff gentleman helped in using the pool next door. Excellent staff.Very poor conditions entirely. The bathroom atrocious - it had broken sliding doors, bolts sticking out of the shower wall. Hotel elevator broken buttons. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. The air conditioning was poor. I would recommend that this hotel be refurbished.25 June 2013
1.5 star ratingThe pool was clean.The owner was not nice. When we booked the website we booked through said there was a free airport shuttle. When I asked at the front desk they told me they did not have one. The owner told me that I had read old information. I then showed him how I booked and he denied any responsibility. He was very rude to me. The people at the front desk did not know English. They also did not have baby beds. The air-conditioner did not work. We saw a cockroach in our room the next morning.
