4.5 star ratingown bus collected us from the airport, quick and easy, very close to the airport, good choice of restaurants within the the hotel,26 October 2008
3.5 star ratingThe shuttle bus was very prompt to pick me up from the terminal. The rooms were very clean and there was a good choice of restaurants. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection of choices. The meal at the Meditarranean restaurant was not good. The fish was undercooked and the selection I initially wanted was not available. Only a few of the waiters spoke English which makes it difficult for people visiting the hotel located near the airport from other countries. Shuttle buses in the morning are not very frequent.N24721 November 2011
3.5 star rating Near to the Barajas Airport Clean room, and clean bath- Unhelpful (especially women) receptionist - No car park area (asways full, and you must pay extra price for it, it is not defined on reservation site) - I reserved a double room with breakfast. When I went to take a breakfast, they said me,your reservation does not include breakfast. I bring my laptop and show them reservation info.pdf, After that they accept. - Their irresponsible receptionist woman entail me to get 200€ trafic ticket. - Hotel personel is sulky.mediTerrano14 May 2012
1.5 star ratingI can't think of anything positive to write about this hotel. The staff at this hotel were extremely unfriendly. It took the shuttle close to 2 hours to pick us up from the airport. When we arrived we checked in and went to our room, which had not been cleaned yet. They did not offer to give us a new room, instead they made us sit in the lobby. The hotel said the water would be turned off until 3:00pm for maintenance, after 4:00pm it was still not turned on. I went to the desk to ask a manager about it and all he did was say, "soon." Then he shoed me away. Later on that night I tried to take a bath, the water was completely yellow. No one at the front desk was willing to go out of their in any to make our stay any more enjoyable. I would not ever visit this hotel again.CanadaGirl24 February 2013
2.0 star ratingGood location from the airport. Took forty minutes to just check in to the hotel, terrible food facilities and extremely dated décor. Anonymous 11 July 2015
3.5 star ratingStaff were professional and helpful when checking in. The free transfer to the airport was good and a nice unexpected extra.I was only there for one night and didn't arrive until nearly midnight so I didn't experience very much at the hotel. However, as soon as I walked into reception, I thought it didn't look like a four star hotel, which is what it is advertised as. Once I saw my corridor and the room, I knew it definitely was not up to four start standard. The bathroom was fine, but the room was very dated and shabby, as was the corridor, and I wouldn't have wanted to stay there for more than one night. It would have been fine if I'd been expecting a three star hotel, but I don't think it should be advertised as a four star. I'd just come from a four star in another part of Spain and there was no comparison.Anonymous 20 June 2017
