4.5 star ratingIn einer Parkanlage gelegen mit historisches Ambiente, Möbelierung im spanischem Kolonialstil endlich mal kein Span oder Kunststoff, großer Balkon mit schönem Ausblick nach vorne in den Park und mit musikaliescher Unterhaltung durch abendliches Klavierspiel auf der Terrasse des Restaurants Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Badezimmer sehr groß und viel Marmor. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig in allen Variationen läßt kaum Wünsche offen ...Personal auch hier sehr aufmerksam Ins Centrum, zum Hafen und zum Strand etwa 5-7 km. Nachts und am frühen Morgen durch An - und Abreise von Gästen nach vorne etwas lauter ....Taxifahrern würde ich das Hupen auf dem hoteleigenen Straßen untersagen...das nervt.... nach 3 Tagen kannten wir die Speisekarte auswendig. Sehr reduziert Es fehlen einfache schnelle Gerichte für Geschäftsleute. Reklame23 October 2010

4.0 star ratingWas a good hotel5* rating is a bit high, I have been to better 4* hotels. Some staff were abrupt others were more helpful. Location is not ideal especially for people looking for beach break although the hotel runs a free shuttle to the beach daily at 11. Tv on 3 english channels, but only one worked (all news channels btw)jassi26 February 2013
4.5 star ratingIn extremely pleasant park surroundings mid-way between the two main centres of Las Palmas, with excellent bus links and taxis always on hand. Staff very professional and helpful. Room was large, comfortable, very slightly dated; all we could want in the of toileteries, bathrobes etc. Adjoining pool and spa - looked very nice though we did not use - they felt a bit separate from hotel - no interconnecting doors that we could see - which slightly discouraged their use. Little to criticise - nothing really negative - food and drinks rather on expensive side but you have to pay for such lovely surroundings and plentiful staff and room itself was very good value. Not the hotel's fault but open-air club on nearby road played excessively loud music until early hours on two weekend nights ....we were astonished that this was permitted in an area with so many local residential properties. 12 April 2013
4.0 star ratingThe reception staff were very helpful and pleasant along with the bar staff. The free car park was a bonus and the spa facilities exellentAt breakfast we had to find a waiter to order tea and coffee and a cooked breakfast this was after waiting for at least 15 minutes10 July 2013
3.5 star ratingThe fact that we paid for bed and breakfast and we were still made to pay €90 just because we had omelettes and cornflakes! Beaureacracy was unbelievable, the staff at reception could not override the payment and having eventually spoken to the managers who was difficult to reach, we where given a 15% discount as though they where doing us a favour ! I left really upset and disappointed! The English was difficult but they tried their best which was good- Overall, I felt like the hotel was more concerned about taking money off me than their reputation !Kas16 July 2013
4.5 star ratingExcellent atmosphere of old good times :-) My superior room in the 4th floor was very comfortable, extremely spacious with king size bed 2 x 2 m, 2 armchairs, few meters long wardrobe, large terrace, overlooking nice park and sea. Daily cleaning and change of towels. Very quite, good sleep. Smoking rooks available. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Good location, bus stop of bus number 1 , connecting San Telmo Bus station and Parque Santa Catalina just in front of the hotel.Safety deposit box included. Good breakfast, served from 5am. Wi-fi costs 6 euro per day. I could not try nice restaurant for dinner, because it opened too late for me - at 20,30. Service by breakfast could be a little bit improved.Excellent !!!11 April 2015
4.5 star ratingGood location, half way between the old town and the port. Bus No 1 runs outside every 10 minutes during the day. Lovely spa with massage at good prices. Breakfast very good, varied, fresh and frequently replenished. Charming front desk always eager to please with visitor recommendations, confirmation of outings, printing of boarding passes etc. Set in a lovely park with its own café. Very convenient to walk across to the port via the underpass where there is a selection of decent restaurants. Not that many tourists which is what we wanted. Any children at breakfast were immaculately behaved. Used by business people and airline crew. Tattoo count very low.Had dinner in the restaurant once, OK but nothing great. Better value can be had in the town. Stayed in a junior suite which was a decent size but the bathroom and toilet were a touch more cramped than I have seen elsewhere. The headboard did not seem to be securely attached to the bed and banged against the wall when you turned over. We have also slept on more comfortable mattresses. TJTaxi27 October 2015
