3.0 star ratingFacilities still considered well maintained. Slow check-in due to full house and lack of staff. We suppose to check in before 3pm , however some rooms was still under cleaning by staff, not able to meet the turn around time. At the end I saw some guest have to waited until 4pm... So sad that they have wasted guest precious time for holiday. I have waited almost two hours to get the room. Bad breakfast turn around time - we step in the morning breakfast cafe, we saw table full with used cutleries. Staff was not able to clear and we have waited for 10 min to get a clean table. Worst thing coming, most of the food finished and waiting for top up. Milk, cup, jam, sausage, fried potato , fruits all gone, waited 15 mins and just manage to get my nasi lemak without hard boiled egg, basically only sambal chilli and peanut. Use the coffee cup to get my fruit juice.I ordered a omelette but at the end I almost fainted when I saw a half cooked stir fried eggs with a bit of ham. Other ingredient was out of stock... Very disappointed to have the breakfast even just 9.30am in the morning. . DK11 June 2014

2.5 star ratingNear the sea and very relaxing.- no towels and bath mat upon check in. Took more than 1 hour to receive the towels requested. - cleanliness of bath tub, room is dusty, balcony is dirty. - food choices for breakfast are limitedAnonymous 18 December 2015
3.0 star ratingStaff service atoned for the poor other areas such as food , spa, room maintainence Room was run down.. bathtub plug spoilt , toilet cover spoilt , lamp missing ... cleanliness was fine as much as the cleaning staff should do. Spa wasnt good , therapists seemed inexperienced from the feedback of my colleagues who stayed together in the resort .
