4.0 star ratingVery pretty, and apparently clean. Pleasant staff.Rather isolated from centre. This may not be a problem, but Easyjet needs to make it clear to those who are unfamiliar with Seville where the hotel is located. It takes approximately half an hour to walk to the Cathedral area. Major problem was an apparent infestation of cockeroches in my bathroom. The first time I used the whirlpool bath bits of cockeroach remains came out of the jets, and there were live cockeroaches in the bathroom very morning. If they were in my room they were probably also elsewhere. In the kitchen too? A very unfortunate complication when I would have liked to give this hotel a higher ranking.29 December 2008
4.5 star ratingThe check in staff were very friendly and helpful too giving us info and directions. The hotel itself had a lovely calm and cool atmosphere - very welcome after getting lost in the one sysyem.I had expected more of the hotel to be of the original build of the 1901, but the modern section was really very pleasant, again a calm and cool atmosphere overlooking the central garden.Gavin Clive-Smith25 June 2009

4.5 star ratingWe enjoyed our three night stay in this hotel. We liked the hotel and loved the courtyard with the orange trees and the twittering of the many birds nesting in the large evergreen tree. They sang first thing in the morning, before they decided to fly off for the day and return in the evening when they commenced their concert again. The breakfast was very good, with something for everyone. The location I would recommend as the hotel was in a quiet back street with easy access to local shops, bakeries, the fabulous food market and cafes. I plan on booking this hotel for my son and his friend for a birthday treat, also my husband and I plan on returning next time we are in Seville. We did not decide to eat our evening meal in this hotel as the dining area was ideal for breakfast but not private and cozy enough for an evening meal.08 January 2014
4.0 star ratingRelatively quiet area, away from the main tourist tracks, surrounded by little local restaurants. Clean and comfy rooms. Getting the shower at the right temperature was quite challenging. It either refused to warm up, or turned scalding hot without warning. The staff at the restaurant clearly showed that they were annoyed that we turned up after most customers had left (despite the restaurant still being open and serving). Some handywork carried out before 8am on the first morning, including noisy hammering.Anonymous 13 November 2016
