3.5 star ratingThe pool is fabulous. For the price we paid, it was very good value. The staff are pretty slow and inattentive. They don't really make you feel welcome. The worst example was the hotel manager himself. We had ordered food at the poolside bar.and the lasagne was first served cold and then just overheated (but still not cooked) in a microwave. When we spoke to the manager about it. He said we should have eaten in the main restaurant and that our complaint about the food being inedible was merely an opinion, Not something that he should do anything about. I got the impression that he has regular visitors whom he values and the rest of us are just one-off tourists who's opinions don't matter.04 September 2013
