3.0 star ratingThe apartments were first class. Staff helpful although very uncomfortable with the fact that the web's site details of the hotel and facilities were totally untrue. We had to change our apartment because of noise they were most helpful coming round in a van to help us moveThe complex was unfinished. The two restaurants and supermarket weren't build. The sauna and jacussi advertised weren't finished. We were fortunate we didn't pay the full price, I am horrified to see you are still advertising that these facilities exist and are charging a much higher price for the accommodation. I would be mortified if I had paid these much higher prices and arrived finding an half build development. Albufeira is said to be 5 minutes away more like 15. Definitely would need a car, in some cases even to get from your apartment to the reception.11 April 2009
