Welcome to this wonderful cottage with private pool for 10 people, set in Manacor. The beautiful outside area counts with a 12.5m x 4.5m x [0.7-2m] chlorine pool and 6 sunbeds to enjoy the Majorcan temperatures. You will find 2 spacious furnished terraces, a large lawn and green areas with different types of fruit trees, a barbecue area and a small traditional Majorcan kitchen for your outside cooking pleasure. On the ground floor there's a bedroom with double bed, A/C, wardrobe as well as a bath with bathtub. The master bedroom on the first floor comes with a double bed, a fan, wardrobe and shower bathroom en-suite. Besides, on the first storey there are three bedrooms more, two with two single beds and one with a double bed, all with fans but only two with a wardrobe. The bathroom on the first floor has a bathtub. The living room is equipped with 2 sofas and a small table. But there also is a dining room with a sofa and two armchairs, satellite TV, table and chairs and air conditioning. The main kitchen is independent and works with gas. It is fully equipped with all necessary utensils to prepare a perfect family dinner. In the house, you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house is situated at 3.5 km from Manacor, where you will find everything you might need during your holiday. The beautiful, small and relatively quiet 'calas' (beaches) of Cala Magraner and Cales de Mallorca are only 12km away. There, you can enjoy a day out with the kids or taste the sundown with a cocktail, while the fine sand slips between your toes... Portocolom and the Natural Parc of Mondragó are astonishing, authentic green areas which are surely worth a visit. The east coast of the island, full of different coves and beaches, can comfortably be explored thanks to boat trips. Also, you would not want to miss a visit to the Drach Coves, in Porto Cristo: 4 huge interconnected caves, carved by the Mediterranean seawater.
