5.0 star ratingExcellent journey in this hotel. Staff especially nice and helpful even if not many people speak english (except at front desk). Ryotsu Yamaki hotel as well as the car rental agency and every people we met in Sado contributed to an unforgetable stay in this out of the beaten tracks island. Dômo Arigato to everybody.The only point is that hotel is no longer brand new and needs some "refreshment". This has not prevented us at all from spending very nice moments there.Anonymous 11 June 2017
