The Villa itself, is arranged on 2 floors plus separate in-laws apartment. It will comfortably sleep 12. On the second floor you will find a recreational area with sectional sofa, 50" wall mounted flat screen TV, complete with DVD, cinema sound system and Nintendo Wii. Sliding doors lead out a spacious private balcony and seating area. There is also a separate desk area. The 2nd floor Queen bedroom has a flat screen TV, DVD and cable, large walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate shower. The 2nd floor has two further bedrooms one with a Queen bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds. Both rooms have flat screen TV`s with cable. These bedrooms share a bathroom. The annex / in-laws apartment has a separate kitchen area, living room with 2 large sofas that pull out to two twin beds and a flat screen TV. The separate bedroom has a Queen bed, flat screen TV plus an en suite bathroom.
