3.0 star ratingZentrale Lage in La Orotava. Vor dem Hotel bzw in unmittelbarer Nähe Parkmöglichkeiten. Sehr schönes ,historisches Gebäude mit tollem Innenhof. Das Hotel wird mit zuwenig Personal geführt. So ist nur eine Person zuständig für: Pezeption, Bar, Restaurant und Tapa- Bar. Wartezeiten ohne Ende!! Wir hatten zum Abendessen einen Tisch reserviert. Als wir zur richtigen Zeit im Lokal waren, war kein Mensch da, alle Plätze jedoch reserviert. In der Rezeption fanden wir dann eine Person, die uns sagte, wir sollen noch fünf Minuten warten, dann hätte er Zeit. Auf die Frage, ob wir nicht sofort im Restaurant Platz nehmen könnten, sagte er, nein in fünf Minuten habe er erst Zeit. Auf die Frage warum, meinte er nur: "Wo ist ihr Problem". wir verzichteten auf das Essen, und gingen in ein anderes Restaurant. Eigentlich schade für so ein schönes Hotel.Tiger21 January 2011
3.0 star ratingLovely, when we arrived we looked forward to dining there.We asked to book a table and were told restaurant was fully booked. We went out at 7pm, there were 2 people dining. We returned at 9pm, there were 2 people dining. Why were we lied to ? Anonymous 23 November 2014
