5.0 star ratingI thought the hotel was very relaxing.03 June 2013
4.5 star ratingWe had a room with a sea view which was lovely. The room itself was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Reception and Waiting Staff were also very friendly. The swimming pool area had a fantastic atmosphere, dimmed lighting and restful colour scheme. The staff here were also very helpful and friendly. It was nice to be able to go for a walk on the pier in the morning and lovely to watch the sun rise and set on Dublin Bay.We only stayed for one night so our experience might not be typical. There appeared to be only two waiting staff in the foyer/Hardy's Bar area (and it was busy) Whilst the waitress was very friendly and found us a seating area, no-one came to take our order so we left the hotel and had something to eat in a nearby gastro pub. Mind you, we were very hungry which could have led to us being less patient than usual.Clarabella14 August 2015
3.5 star ratingVery comfortable bed.Dated inside. All tiles breaking in the bathroom (Room 615). Very noise elevator with room vibrating every time. Bad TV, bad channel choices. No room service past some hour..Filmarc20 October 2015

5.0 star ratingAll staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble When we arrived our room wasn't ready but rather than have us wait they immediately found another room that was. The room was was spotless and very comfortable. The food in the hotel was excellent and reasonably priced. This is not really a negative comment but an observation regarding time waiting for food to come from the kitchen. The hotel was extremely busy and there was at times a significant delay in the time waiting between ordering and receiving food.Anonymous 20 April 2017

4.5 star ratingI had a lovely stay at the hotel, the bed was extremely comfortable reassuring my full nights sleep. The staff was very friendly, they were there if you needed them. The amount of facilities in the hotel are great, there's a great option of things to do there. The view from the hotel room was not pleasing in any way. The room was very cold at towards the evening time. The pool lights need to be fixed and the boys changing room lockers need to be attended to. My boyfriends clothes were soaking wet from a pool of water at the bottom of his cupboard. AG15 January 2016
