3.5 star ratingThe food at asam pedas was : the roti sardine excellent , the char kway tweo noodle was excellent, but the kang kong belachan was so bad cold and so little was given to me I send it back. Tell me the chef at this hotel not capable to make kang kong belachan.. Its pity your hotel was recommended by the prime minister department only to find this unpleasant stay. rajoo Note the indian waitress serve me at the asam pedas was great and professional Well it took 2 phone call and 15 minutes later my bag arrive to my room It take 2 minute for reception to answer call. or in sometime not answer at all. 5.0 star ratingRoom is spacious, car park is free, facing the landed properties so the view is unblock, next to The Curve that makes everything so convenient.Take the King bed, it is much bigger. 5.0 star ratingTried to extend my stay: ALL BOOKED UP. Moved to HYATT, which has a VERY positive review upcoming. Expected RCD to do a bit more to retain a guest, especially (as I found out later) RCD had a suite available. Untrained desk, perhaps?Anonymous 20 June 2014
4.5 star ratingLuxurious & super clean with great privacy.Staff serving breakfast at the Cafe should be more professional when communicating with guests especially when serving coffee/tea which must be fresh & hot at all times, and getting guests seated. Many times guests were asked to change tables as part of the cafe is closed. However, there were no consistency. The 'closed area' was filled up by walk in guests. Personally, my family felt embarrassed having to change table but only to find another family sitting at the very same table. That's quite unpleasant. There should be a system in placed to avoid future misunderstanding. Olin21 June 2014
3.5 star ratingThe rooms are clean and comfortable and the Hotel is conveniently linked to The Curve mall and several malls nearby. Value for money.Staff needs professional training. A Mr Hanson from the front desk served me. He was very slow and doesn't seem to know his job well. He handed me a room access key which had a couple already staying in it. When I opened the door, the couple and I were equally shocked. I went back to the front desk again and informed Mr Hanson. He just handed me another access key to another room and made a call to the room to check if anyone was there. That was how he checked if anyone was occupying the room. Pretty bad security. 3.5 star ratingClean room and corridors. Friendly staff.Reception is understaffed. Only one staff most times resulting in long waiting time for check-in/out. Morning queue was about 10+. Noon queue caused by staff attending to clients enquiry for more than 20 minutes, until another staff was mobilised to service increasing queue.Maran30 August 2015
