4.5 star ratingManagement and staff were very good and courteous and the native Thai workers had a very good understanding of English. All in all I would recommend this lovely place to stay.The only negative things I would say on my stay would be the outside light would only go on once you were inside after activating it with your room key, because we struggled to open the door because of the lack of light at the top of the stairs. The other negative would be how late they would make up our room and it was after 3pm they would start our room, it could well have been different if we had been given another room. These were small negatives and I would still highly recommend this lovely resort.Ricky from London19 February 2013
