5.0 star ratingAttending a wedding in Dublin, we left it too late to book the recommended hotels so searched and turned up the Rochestown Lodge. Staff were most friendly and helpful, a lively bar serving good 'pub' grub. A terrifically equipped gym, sauna, steam room, and pool. Room was light and airy with 6' double, duff light bulb was replaced without delay. Excellent breakfast, catered for dietary needs even on the last morning which was early start for the ferry home. Most importantly a very competitive price. Overall it exceeded expectationsC & G23 September 2015
5.0 star ratingStaff were welcoming and friendly after a long journey. Rooms were excellent. All the party commented on the excellent evening meal and the breakfast was very good. We shall certainly be using the hotel againDifficult to find especially from Dublin Port due mainly through the signposting. Found using sat nav. A more detailed map would be usefulPatrick O'Donovan 29 September 2015

3.5 star ratingNice and Clean. good parking Senior staff at Breakfast were great. No buffet.. all breakfast to order from table, Reception staff a bit frosty.I stayed on the third top floor. Above my room must of been the water tanks, in the attic, which I heard filling and refilling all night. Major problem .. avoid top floor. No buffet all breakfast to order from table, Would of liked to have been able to access some juice / water etc Bit picky but a bluebottle in the bathroom..... seriously ? WIL14 November 2016

The hotel is about half an hour bus journey to Dublin city centre and there are bus stops on the same road as the hotel. Anonymous 30 March 2016
