4.5 star ratingI enjoyed stying at the hotel especially the location. At the hotel all staff were very helpful and pleasant when serving you as well as when walking around the hotel. The scenery around the hotel is amazing and it was lovely to sit and watch the sunset in the evenings. I would like to mention Clarditta Para from Concierge as she sorted a problem we had with a taxi service one evening when visiting Dana Point and all the staff in the Raya Restuarant serving breakfast were very friendly and the service was exceptional. In my room the carpet did not look that clean and the cleaning on a daily basis was not as good as I would of expected from a Ritz Carlton Hotel, it was ok but I do feel it could have been better. We went to the buffet on the Saturday morning as advised. We did not get the service we had previously received in the other restuarant (coffee and orange juice) and I did not think the choice was any different or better to what we could have had a la carte and even though the price was more expensive. 18 August 2011
