2.0 star ratingAccess to ayana pools and rockbar was good. Ayana spa and the aquatonic pool were amazing.Horrible manager at the reception. 5.0 star ratinggood swimming pool, good breakfast but the dinner buffet is so so. nice staff, and nice room. can enjoy the facilities in Ayana. no free pick up service, far away from the shopping centre, like kuta. the additional charge for pre-wedding photos is unacceptable which costs 850 USD for Ayana and 450 USD for RIMBARay10 November 2014

4.5 star ratingFantastic pools and choice of an adult only pool is a bonus. Very good choice at breakfast. Staff all very professional and go thar extra mile to help. 5.0 star ratingAs soon as we walked in we were greeted with friendliest service. Once they found out it was our first time staying at Rimba and also a special occasion we were upgraded to a suite which was the most beautiful room we have ever stayed in. All of the staff in every venue remembered our names, our drinks and were more than happy to go out of their way for anything we requested. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. 3.5 star ratingcan access the facilities in ayana resort, lobby is grand, resort is huge. good for family uses too.they have very strict dress code for accessing rock bar. My husband need to get changed because he wear a board short. there is totally fine that he went back to the hotel room to get changed. But then he has to line up the long queue again even though the staff promised to let him pass the queue and join me back to the front queue. Even I have told every staff and try every effort to let him join me back, he still fail to join me at the end. So we missed the chance of enjoying the sunset drinks together due to miscommunication of the staff. If thats the case, it would be lovely that the front desk will notice us the dress code when check in when we mentioned about the rock bar,one of the point that we stayed for this hotel.carrie26 August 2015
