3.5 star ratingCheap with good access routes to centre. Trams are every 5 mins between 5am-12am, and the subway is easyily accessible along this route.20 mins out on tram (although as stated transport routes are great). Not situated in a great area.28 October 2008

2.0 star ratingHotel was close to central and all the attractions, very close to catch Trams to travel around the city. This was a surprise birthday present for my partner but once we reached our hotel room I was very disppointed and embarressed. Room was big but the size of the bathroom/toilet was very small. Toilet was so small myself and my partner couldn't bend down without opening the toilet door otherwise it was a little boxed room and once you close the toilet door your face will be 4cms away from the door . The bed was to single beds put together as a double bed, asked to change to a Double bedroom but that is how/what is called a double bedroom. Advertised 11am check out only to receive a call at 10am asking to leave and check out, I showed the lady on reception my prove of booking with the check out time as 11am and receptionist said its the management's fault for puting the wrong times on the internet. You have to paid for Hairdyer which was not stated on the website. Hotel was listed as non-smoking but once we opened our room door all we can smell was smoke every morning/night. Hotel was very old fashion and needs a good make over. Hotel was full of students therefore was making alot of noise during own 4 night stay. Breakfast was not nice, but did have a lot of choices24 April 2009
