4.0 star ratingBra läge mitt på kännda promenad gatan Monte Casino. Med närhet till allt. Standard rummen har dålig utsikt mot hustak/ järnväg. Sängarna var sköna och kuddarna också. Det var tyst och lungt på rummet. Kaffe/ Tee samt mineralvatten på rummet varje dag. Trevlig personal med hög service ambition. Vi bokade detta hotell pga det låga priset vi betalade för två nätter. 1000kr för två vuxna utan frukost! för 5***** hittar man inte hela 3-stads området ;-) Tråkig smaklös söndagsbuffe med vin för 65zl. Inget för den kräsna. Bättre buffe på hotell Haffner eller Sheraton. Vi åt inte frukost på hotellet. Enligt mig så är hotellet vårt Max 4 stjärnor. Ej 5 stjärnor som Grand Hotel och nya Sheraton i Sopot. Minus för brist av Jacuzzi och pool att bada i. Anonym14 October 2014

3.0 star ratingWszedzie blisko.Przyjechalam z tesciem bo maz nie mogl.Lecielismy z innego kraju i mielismy samolot rano wiec bylismy wczesnie.Dzwonilam wczesniej z prozba by byla mozliwosc dostania pokoju wczesniej bo tesc starsza osoba po 70-tce. Przyjechalismy zmeczeni ,bardzo prosilam pare razy pania w recepcji o chociaz troszke wczesniejszy pokoj, .Pani ta zaproponowala nam apartament z doplata ponad 400 zl.za dobe. Odmowilismy.Od 9 rano czekalismy do 15.00 by dopstac wreszcie pokoj.Szkoda bylo mi tescia ktory jest Szwedem i dla niego cala ta sytuacja i potraktowanie nas bylo nieluprzejme .Pani w recepcji zimna i bez zadnego zrozumienia dla potrzeb gocia -gosci.Wybieramy sie znowu do Sopotu na przyszly rok w trojke ja,maz i tesc ale tesc absolutnie nie chce powrocic juz do tego hotelu.Znalezlismy piekny pensjonat z bardzo seredcznymi panami w recepcji.Ten hotel bedziemy odradzac wszystkim i poskim i szwedzkim znajomym. Jesli chodzi o snaidania to przez 4 dni nadzego pobytu w stolowce po wedlinach spacerowaly sobie tluste muchy.Zwrocilam personalowi uwage ale robacznice muchy jak byly tak i pozostaly.Inni turysci tez komentowali miedzy soba te muchy ze jak musi wygladac czystosc w kuckni skoro na stolowce w 5-co gwiazdkowym hotelu sa muchy na jedzeniu.Jolanta17 August 2015
2.5 star ratingBra frukost! Hotel har bra läge!Inte förberett rummet ingen extra säng och extra sängen dålig! Ingen info vid ankomst eller vid bokning att någon extra skatt ska betalas vid utcheckningen!Bepo16 September 2015
3.5 star ratingSentral beliggenhet, direkte ved sentralstasjonen og hovedgaten. Likevel både stille og rolig.Fikk ikke sjekket inn før to timer etter angitt innsjekking. Vi bestilte rom med to enkeltsenger, men fikk dobbeltseng og det hang igjen ett brukt håndkle på badet. En stresset rengjøringshjelp vi traff i gangen fikset rommet som ble klart kl. 17. Ved frokosten var det et par arbeidere so skiftet en dør med mye hamring og bråk en meter bak bordet vårt. Vi ga beskjed om at det var uholdbart når vi satt med frokosten på et 5 stjerners hotell, uten at de stanset arbeidet.Anonym 18 July 2016
