The holiday village is located in the heart of a forest, 500 metres from Parentis Lake and 1.5 km from the local shops. The village is 15 km from the beach at Biscarosse and the nearest airport is Bordeaux-Merignac, which is around 90 km away. This holiday village offers a wide range of facilities for the comfort and well-being of its guests, including a lobby, Internet access, a car park and bicycle hire. 4.0 star ratingVery friendly and helpful staff at reception. Very unreliable WiFi internet connection in common areas. Didn't work on 3 days of our one week stay. Most of the indoor swimming pool was blocked by an Aqua Fitness Class from 11am to midday everyday. During our stay it was too cold to use the outdoor swimming pool. Charges were not transparent at time of booking. Towels and bedlinen were extras, we did not even get one free set to start with. The TV was extra and had to be paid for separately.
