The 2-storey building is located in front of the white beaches of the lido at Alghero. It plays host to 46 apartments, all of which are fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning. On the ground floor, close to Reception, there is the in-house restaurant/pizzeria, called Les Arenas, as well as the ice-cream parlour/bar, called La Playa. The historical centre of Alghero is located 1.5km away and there is a bus to the centre approximately every 30 minutes. The complex features two types of fully furnished apartments, sleeping 6 or 8 guests. All of the apartments feature air conditioning on request and with charge / heating, safety deposit box and satellite TV input.
