4.5 star ratingStaff are courteous and welcome guests with a smile. During check in no drinks served while other guests had it Ask for red wine glasses at check in but has to ask again from room before the wrong type of glass being sent. However they finally got the proper size red wine glasses after specifically describe to them and directed them which restaurant to find it from. This does not sound like 5 star service. 4.0 star ratingClean rooms. Value for moneyTook almost an hour before I was given my room after check-in. Started check-in process at 5pm, got my room at 6pm. Did not have opportunity to rest in room before hotel buffet at 630pm. Apparently wasn't ready when I check-in. The hotel should have anticipated guests checking in with confirmed reservations. Reception staff did offer me complimentary snack+tea at e cafe in the hotelAnonymous 29 July 2014
