1.5 star ratingte air conditioning wasn t working I called the reception all the night asking for pillow and to fix the problem , they said ok wea re coming but they didn t. No phone hair in the room end no available at the reception, the brekfast was terrible and we asked for the bread for many many times.05 November 2010

3.0 star ratingI would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you have a choice stay anywhere else. Ok the room was fine but the rest was poor. The service in the restaurant was awful, it took a very long time to be served the food wasn't very nice. Breakfast was ok but there were no staff on duty so several of us had to go looking for items of cutlery etc. There were no tea spoons so we had to stir our coffee etc with knives or whathever we could find. This is simply not acceptable service. The internet didn't work in any of the public areas. Not impressed at all.11 April 2011
4.0 star ratingIt is close to the airport with a good shuttle servicestaff is unfreindly and not responsive. In my room there was no chair and it took me various telephone calls and two hours to get one. Food of the half-board was on the poor side Clearly overpriced; they simply use the advantage of being the only hotel near the airport11 May 2011

1.5 star ratingthe only positive is when you leave.Terrible hotel but it is the only one next to the airport. I am considering to sleep on a bench next time rather than stay at this hotel.10 October 2011
4.0 star ratingTalking and general noise in the halls outside the rooms is easily heard. Sleep could be disturbed, especially as so many people give no thought to being quiet for others.18 December 2011

3.0 star ratingder shuttlebus soll 24h/24h fahren, ich stand aber alleine als frau über eine halbe std. um 1h nachts und habe gewartet. das hotel war über meine spätanreise informiert, zumindest hatte ich das bei meinen wünschen angegeben. der fahrer erzählte mir auf der fahrt, er hätte gar nicht mehr fahren wollen, weil eigentlich eh kein flug mehr ankommt (was ja gar nicht simmt, die LH kommt regelmäßig, mind. alle 2 tage, um diese uhrzeit in casablanca an. er war auch sehr "persönlich", faßte mir dauernd an den arm, was in muslimischen ländern absolut unüblich ist und wollte mir mir kaffee trinken, schien beleidigt, als ich in mein zimmer ging ohne darauf einzugehen. das zimmer war schlecht gereinigt, überall lagen schwarze haare im bad. im 4.stock roch es sehr nach feuchtigkeit in den hotelgängen, was im zimmer nicht mehr der fall war. es war nachts sehr laut. ich bin nicht empfindlich aber das war nichts! ana20 March 2012
1.0 star ratingnothingThis hotel is very dirty hotel bathroom ad the room is dirty resturants food is not good and breakfast is a joke with most of the items finish and they will not bring more. staff are really bad from reception to housekeeping. I think the manager of this hotel should be manager for a prison not for a hotel and i think he is playing with company money shame on atlas hotel management which this hotel is under their managemnt and shame on moroccan airline who owns atals hotels abdulla ahmed18 March 2012
3.0 star ratingThe design of the (a la card) restaurant looked good, but quality of food was not value for money. Rooms were clean but rather small for a 3 star hotel but adequately furnanced. Bathroom looked a bit weired out. Staff in the reception were not very friendly. Felt like treated as a number rather than a valued custumer. Shuttle bus airco did not work. Service in Restaurant was slow. Staff were more busy with admin and paperwork than with serving their customers. A lot could be gained if both the Restaurant and the reception would be better organised. It requires more enthausiasm and customer friendliness 20 May 2012

3.0 star ratingEmail-Kontakte sind professionell und sehr schnell. Empfehlungen für Anfahrt usw. werden effizient beschrieben. Das Hotel liegt sehr flughafennah; der kostenlose Shuttle funktioniert (auch nachts) gut; die Fahrer sind nett und sehr hilfsbereit.Die Grundsubstanz des Hause ist abgewohnt: Fußböden in den Fluren sind z.B. sehr uneben, das Mobiliar z.T. abgeranzt. Derzeit wird das Haus erweitert (es stören jedoch keine Geräusche!); nach Fertigstellung soll auch der "originale" Teil überholt werden.greencard15 October 2012
