This charming hotel is strategically located in the area of Disneyland Paris and around 1 kilometre from Sea Life. The hotel is also very close to the shopping centres of Val d'Europe and La Vallée Village Outlet. Guests will find within the area a number of bars, restaurants, shops and a bus station. The nearest airport is Charles de Gaulle, approximately 35 kilometres from the hotel. The residence offers premium rooms and junior suites with the best comfort. | 1.5 star rating | The shuttle service was great and so was the location of the hotel. | Spoke to front desk 3 times and 1 technician due to ongoing problems with air conditioning. We checked on our phones it was well over 30 degrees celsius. Nothing was done at all. Our 6 year old and 14 month old got 3 hours sleep. Cue a crying toddler for pretty much the entire next day at Disney (I feel sorry for the family next to us at Cafe Mickey) and 2 grumpy children for the rest of the holiday. Eldest was asking to sleep rather than see the parade/enjoy the park! The member of staff who checked us out the following morning was very helpful and went behind the desk for 1 minute to check and confirmed without doubt there was indeed an issue and could not believe no one else did or what happened. So angry/disappointed our plans to arrive at our Disney Hotel well rested actually turned the rest of the holiday into a total a nightmare. | 5.0 star rating | I honestly can say I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Paris especially if visiting Disneyland. With the Park only being a 3/4 minute drive away you can be out of your room and walking down Main street in 10 minutes! The staff are fantastic and the free shuttle bus to Paris is a just brilliant. You can wonder down to reception and request the shuttle bus for when you are ready and they will jump in a van and take you immediately. I didn't try the food but I must say I didn't think the room service prices were too ridiculous, same prices as you would expect in some restaurants. Unfortunately there were only twin rooms when we arrived but this wasn't a big deal as the beds were already pushed together and the room was perfect, a few English tv channels to which was helpful. Travelling in and out of chessy was easy as chessy has a train station literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel. So getting from the airport was simply jumping on the train and changing once. They couldn't speek basic english, in my opinion in 4 star hotel they should know even the basic words in english and they should to respond in english. The location was amazing, we had a view of the parks from our large balcony - including the fireworks at night!! The shopping centre was under 5 min walk away which kept our two teenage girls happy that night!! Staff were friendly. It is only for over 16 year olds. We have a young daughter who loves swimming, so this was quite important for us. The hotel should make it a lot clearer that the pool is for over 16yrs. The shuttle service to Disneyland is fabulous - you are taken there within a few minutes and collected within the same timescale - after a long day walking around it was a real treat. The little town was lovely - a great place to eat, hang out and the shopping centre was a great break from Disney. | 3.5 star rating | Terrible staff unfortunately we had a couple barge into our room in the late evening and they had been given our room keys and the staff had checked us out even though this was the se one night and we had two more to go. No apology or call from reception we had to go ourselves and caught the reception lady on the stairs. This was completely inappropriate and a complete invasion on privacy not to mention the worry about safety as if we had not been there who is to say that the couple would not take any of our personal belongings they then cancelled our keys so the next day we couldn't use the key cards and had to go ourselves again to the reception again no apology. Second thing which is so silly was the issue of getting a bath robe our room had none and we asked over 4 days to get two so that we could use them as everyone did for the spa and first were told to get these from the spa by a very rude man on reception and then told by the nice lady in the spa only reception give u these. We then asked reception and a different man said they will be dropped to our room and again were not told the same thing every day when finally enough was enough and I spoke to the manager who then very very rudely said we have none for you nothing we can do after 4 days of asking and the fact there just robes plus being 4 star this was absolutely past ridiculous we then got one on our final day for two hours absolutely stupid. Overall hotel was nice but such a shame about arrogant and rude staff and the invasion of our privacy. I came for my hen do and there was 14 of us in total however the staff were incredibly accommodating, even when we needed to change a couple of rooms as the window was jammed and one of the adjoining doors wouldn't lock. The facilities were great and we thoroughly enjoyed using the swimming pool, sauna and steam room.
