4.0 star ratingThe hotel area is beautiful, compact and clean. The pool area and kids club and children playground are very nice. The room is well equipped, there are jacuzzi, big balcony, microwave oven, oven, big fridge, all the kitchenware needed and even bath jackets for adults. You can see the sea from every room, I guess. Very close to the hotel is Jungle Park, which was a nice experience, specially our kids (8, 6 years) loved it. The hotel is located in a hill beside busy roads, quite far away from the beach. The clouds and wind stay often on the hills even then, when beach area is full of sunshine and warmth. If you like sun, be prepared to leave the hotel and make day trips to the Los Christianos, Playa de Americas or Playa de Duque. If you don't have a car, you probably need to take taxis everywhere. You really cannot walk to Los Christianos or to anywhere from this hotel, there are not paved routes and the traffic is wild. The hotel has a free shuttle; but it really does not serve very well, because it goes so seldom and they don't tell you the exact bus stops for return trip. For example in the middle of the day the driver is having lunch, so there is three hours' break in bus schedules. Family with three kids12 April 2012

5.0 star ratingwirklich alles gut, eines der besten 30 Hotels, die wir in letzter Zeit gebucht hatten; freundliches Personal; tolle Anlage, die obwohl ausgebucht nicht überfüllt wirkte; beheizter riesiger Pool; Kinderspielplatz usw.außer ein paar Pinselstrichen, die hier und da mal gesetzt werden könnten, absolut nichts Negatives.Der Blick auf die Baustelle des neuen Klinikums stört ein wenig, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts.
