4.0 star rating	Good working Wifi Clean room, the waterfront vieuwrooms are a bit more quiet. Only 15 minutes away from the Sarasota Marina/Harbor/Beach	But still not a quiet hotel because of the restaurant at the back, the road and the airfield very close. Housecleaning was perfect, kind and accurate. Maintenance knocked on the door and tried to open it!!!t although we had a sign up "Do not disturb". A Breakfast was ok.	TDQ	14 February 2013
4.0 star rating	Marina side room with balcony better rooms. Selection at breakfast and cleanliness of breakfast room good. Pool area nice. Reception person very good.	City view rooms a bit dark and poor looking. Carpets in room new replacing. Rooms look a little tired		14 May 2013
