3.5 star ratingThe staff were great, checked in and out no problem at all and very friendly and helpful. We only used the room for a few hours sleep on a long journey from Heathrow back to the North but the room was ok and very quiet.The radiator in our room was on full, we couldn't open the windows more than an inch and the staff said the heating couldn't be turned off. We ended up trying to sleep in a room that was over 30 degrees centigrade!19 October 2012
