3.5 star ratingThe staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool and bar areas are fabulous. Our room booking was stuffed up but it was rectified AFTER we showed proof of being allocated an incorrect room configuration. Keep your online booking receipts!!!We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with balcony (online). At check-in we were given a 2 person studio apartment with no balcony (because the system picked up we were only 2 people not 4, apparently). The room smelt musty and the airconditioner was smelly. The door locks in both the rooms we were allocated were broken/dodgy and took a fair amount of "jiggling" and stuffing around to get the keys out of the lock! Time to pay for some serious maintenance!Anonymous 08 February 2017
