3.5 star ratingRoom was nice.Had booked hotel through hotelopia and had paperwork to show booking and payment. Arrived at 11:00 P.M. Staff on hand did not have anything indicating that I had payed and previously and would not accept my paperwork. They indicated to me that hotelopia had not sent them anything though I had a reservation but it showed it had not been payed. They asked for my card and said they would call Hotelopia to confirm my payment. When I checked out they had not called anyone and had charged me 52.00 for the nights stay. I told her the story from the night before and she could not confirm my payment either. So when we got home our records showed we had indeed payed for the room at time of booking with Hotelopia. So now we start the process to get my card credited. This is the second time this has happened to us. Last time it was at Red Roof Inn. I would like to see these hotels be more diligent in there communications with these hotel sites to receive confirmation of payment as well as reservation.frustrated03 June 2013
