5.0 star ratingA lovely hotel in a great position and we had a beautiful room overlooking sea and islands beyond. Room and bathroom very well equipped and spotlessly clean. There was a good variety of food to suit all tastes. Staff were really friendly and attentive to needs. It was my husband's birthday and when we arrived there was small cake and 'happy birthday' written in chocolate on the plate - it was a nice touch and very much appreciated. Area around swimming pool very nice but we appreciated being down by the sea and beaches - the sunbathing area had numerous sun-loungers and beds! There was a bus-stop nearby for getting into Split (and taxis) but we enjoyed the 30-minute walk round the coastal path. We also discovered a shopping precinct about 10 minutes up road behind hotel which had lots of eating places otherwise there was nothing near hotel. We had a great holiday and would certainly go back again. People with walking difficulties would have found it almost impossible to get down to the beach as there were numerous steps - with good breaks in between - but would have had problems getting back up. Also area at back of hotel was quite run-down with derelict and abandoned buildings but the view from the front made up for it!Anonymous 20 June 2015
